With an absorption rate of up to 70%, aroma sticks are found to be seven times more effective than roll ons or other topical applications of essential oils.

TO USE: uncap, hold under nose and inhale deeply as needed. One stick will last 3-6 months depending on usage.

REFILLS: when your aroma stick is no longer aromatic, return your aluminum bottle with insert for a refill or a new scent.
