What is your cancellation policy?
Contact us at least 2 weeks before your party date to secure your store credit. Please note that all sales are final — we do not offer refunds on party bookings or experiences.
What should we wear?
Comfortable clothes you don't mind getting a little messy. Wash up is easy, we'll even provide the soap!
Can a guest observe, but not participate?
To keep our private workshops comfortable, hands-on and fun for everyone, all guests attending must be registered participants.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking up to 2 months in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
Do I take my products home right awaY?
Soap - yes, you will take your soap at the end of the workshop.
Candles - no, you may pick up on our next business day.
Lotions - yes, you will take your products with you at the end of the workshop.
What age is this workshop for?
Our workshops are designed for ages 16+.
How many participants can attend?
Capacity due to space and equipment requirements

Do you offer off-site workshops?
All of our workshops take place in our studio where we have everything ready for you to create, connect and have fun. We do not currently offer off-site workshops.
