At Wychbury Ave Soap & Gifts, we take great care in packaging and shipping your handmade products so they arrive safely and in perfect condition.

+Processing Times

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. If your order includes made-to-order or workshop-related items, shipping may take a little longer—if any unexpected delay occurs, we’ll let you know.

+Shipping Methods & Carriers

We do not ship parcels through Canada Post unless specifically requested.

At checkout, you can choose from available shipping options and carriers with real-time pricing based on your location and package weight—pick the service that best suits your needs (speed, tracking, or economy).

If you would like your parcel shipped via Canada Post, please note this at checkout or contact us right after placing your order.

+Soapscriptions™

Soapscriptions™ ship via Canada Post Lettermail and do not include tracking.

If Canada Post is experiencing a strike or service interruption, Soapscriptions™ will be held until postal operations resume, and then shipped promptly.

+Order Cancellations & Exceptions

We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order we are unable to fulfill (e.g., address issues, product availability, or shipping limitations). If this happens, you will be notified by email and refunded promptly.

+Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please email us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) at info@wychburyave.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue quickly.
